History of SPAR.DEVICE:

17-DEC-93 Release 37.2, Fixed a small bug in DeviceQuery(), a wrong address
                        length and structure size was returned. Because of
                        this it would not run properly under AmigaShell.
                        Thanx to Christoph Guelicher for reporting this.
                        Added some more debugging (not quite user-friendly).

                        Included code & bugfixes from the rhslip.device by 
                        Olaf 'Rhialto' Seibert. Corrected prototype for
                        CheckIO(), added registers assigments in
                        device function calls. More small fixes in
                        datastructures.

                        Added ARP support and packet broadcast on point-to-
                        point connections.
